As with all of our lures, this lure body is built for strength! The body is made of lexan and is acoustically welded, not glued like the commercial baits. The bodies incorporate several strategically placed weights within the cavity to catch the attention of predators even in dirty water. These bodies have incredible detail, with gills, lips, and scales. We paint the bodies in a variety of colors which either mimic natural prey fish or are a blend of strike producing colors. Many experts say that the eye is the single most important component of a lure that produces strikes. We use a 3D natural oval eye for that reason. Once the paint and eyes are applied, we cover the entire lure with a proprietary top coat that is rock hard and resists chips, cracks, yellowing, and hook rash. Once complete, we add 3X split rings and american made Eagle Claw hooks to make sure that once your trophy is hooked it won't get away due to cheap hardware. Each lure is then inspected and shipped to the end-user ready to fish, no tuning required! You won't be disappointed!
